Foxglove Sculpture

I nspired by Simon‘s walk to work along the hedge lined footpaths of East Devon, the foxglove sculpture is the starting point of the collection.

A spire of bell-shaped blooms, each foxglove flower seems to droop and bow with grace, as if nodding in quiet reverence. Its mottled pale patina gives it an ethereal feel, hinting at its dual nature of beauty laced with danger.

With its curving stem and hand forged flowers, the Foxglove sculpture stands at approximately 1.1 m tall and is finished in an aged galvanise that means it can remain outside all year round and requires no maintenance. Foxglove has been joined by two more Foxglove sculptures, ‘Foxglove and Thistles’ and ‘Stand of Foxgloves’.
