Artichoke Sculpture

One of the first sculptures to become part of the collection, the artichoke comes alive when viewed in a garden setting.

Whether as a centrepiece or placed in a bed amongst other plants and flowers, its mottled silver grey patina and candelabra like form echoes its inspiration perfectly. It adds height and dynamism to an outside space. Like its inspiration, it is a study in contrast: fierce and soft, geometric and organic, utilitarian yet beautiful.

Artichoke comes in three variations either one, two or three bulb version. Each stands at approximately 1.3 m. All are constructed from mild steel with an aged galvanised finish. This means they can be left outside all year round and require no maintenance.
